Ron Weissenhofer

Ron Weissenhofer joined Entre to help expand the firm’s line of service into retail property leasing and sales. Ron brings many years of commercial real estate experience and currently handles a portfolio of approximately a half million square feet of retail and office properties in suburban Chicago.

Prior to his commercial real estate career, Ron worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange as an independent floor trader for 17 years. He traded for his own account in the Euro Dollar Pit (interest rates) and was a market maker for all the large hedge funds. After leaving the CME, Ron then went into commercial real estate. Working has a property manager for a third-party owner, Ron handles the responsibility of everyday procedures such has tenant relations, property invoices, coordinating contractors, and property invoices. Ron leveraged this experience into a focus on buyer/tenant representation and landlord/seller representation brokerage services and helping Entre to expand this range of services to clients. He is sensitive to his clients’ needs and possesses the energy and experience to build relationships that will develop into future opportunities.

Ron is a current licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. He graduated from University of Notre Dame with a Business Marketing Degree. While attending Notre Dame, he was a 3 Year Monogram winner on the Fighting Irish Football Team.
