Jeffrey W. Locascio, SIOR

Jeff Locascio, SIOR joined Entre Commercial Realty in 2018 to spearhead the firm’s expanded coverage in south and southwest Chicago, its suburbs and northwest Indiana.

Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in industrial brokerage, business incentive services, development, acquisition, lease negotiation and relocation. He has negotiated lease agreements and purchase/sale contracts for manufacturing plants, warehouses, new developments and vacant land throughout the Midwest with a primary focus on south and southwest Chicago and its suburbs.

Previously, Jeff was a principal with NKFE / Epic Realty Partners which grew to be a leading independent industrial real estate firm in metro-Chicago in the 2000’s. He helped orchestrate the sale of the company to Transwestern, where he served as a principal and market leader.

Jeff now brings his extensive experience in brokerage, incentives, consulting and program management to Entre’s growing team.

Jeff obtained his BS in Institutional Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Illinois and Indiana.
