Entre Commercial Realty procures 28,000 square foot lease expansion at 300 Exchange Drive, Crystal Lake, IL

CARDINAL PACKAGING PRODUCTS EXPANDS TO 60,000 SQ. FT.

CHICAGO, IL (April 2010)-- Cardinal Packaging Products has expanded their occupancy at 300 Exchange Drive in Crystal Lake, a facility which they originally moved into in August of 2009. The 28,000 square foot expansion represents the second phase of a consolidation for Cardinal Packaging which previously operated out of two facilities in McHenry county and brings their total occupancy to approximately 60,000 square feet.

The property is part of a four-building industrial complex in the Crystal Lake Business Center owned by Cobalt Industrial REIT. The buildings feature 28’ ceilings, exterior loading docks, and high image precast concrete construction.
