Lissette Rodriguez joined Entre in 2017 to assist in the expansion the firm’s property management’s group. Prior to joining Entre (now Entre Property Management LLC), Ms. Rodriguez was an integral part at NAI Hiffman’s property management team serving large corporate clients such as High Street Realty Partners and Stockbridge Capital as well as smaller entrepreneurial investors.
Ms. Rodriguez’s background also includes over 15 years in real estate with Urban Partnership Bank as a Special Asset Analyst for the management of bank-owned residential and commercial properties. Ms. Rodriguez handled records management, financials, and overall coordination of all real estate assets upon completion of foreclosure sales. Ms. Rodriguez also spent 10 years with Cohen Financial Services, one of the nation’s premier third-party loan administration firms, where she worked in the Commercial Loan Servicing Department as a Senior Administrative/Escrow Specialist.
Her responsibilities included servicing loans and special servicing platforms for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio on behalf of over 25 institutional investors. Ms. Rodriguez is versed in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions, small-balance commercial/ADC loans, construction, bridge, mezzanine, structured debt instruments, and equity positions ranging in size from less than $1 million to over $480 million.
