Nicholas J. Walby joined Entre Commercial Realty LLC in 2009 after several years in the industrial real estate industry. Nick is a co-leader of Entre Commercial's north suburban market team focused on industrial sales and leasing in Lake and northern Cook Counties. Nick has represented local, national, and international corporations' real estate requirements in the purchase of a new facility, lease of a new facility, sale of an existing property, build-to-suit, or building expansion project. His dedication and understanding of his clients' business needs and goals help him to analyze and present all real estate solutions.
Prior to joining the Entre Commercial team Nick was a vice president at Epic Realty Partners for six years. He specialized in industrial brokerage in the Lake and Northern Cook county markets. Nick was also a leader in the recruiting and mentoring of brokers new to the business.
Nick is a graduate of the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University with a degree in Finance. He is an active member of the National Children's Cancer Society and the Chicago Humane Society.
