Brian Bocci joined Entre Commercial Realty LLC in 2009 after several years in the industrial real estate industry. Brian is a co-leader of Entre Commercial's north suburban market team focused on industrial sales and leasing in Cook and Lake Counties. Brian's clients include tenants, owners, and developers in sales, leasing, and build-to-suits for commercial and industrial projects.
Brian's market knowledge and aggressive approach gives his clients the upper hand when completing transactions and searching for opportunities in the market. Prior to joining Entre Commercial Realty, Brian worked at Epic Realty Partners where he was a top producer and a key member of their brokerage team. Brian began his real estate career as a commercial lender which provided him with a solid understanding of the financing and underwriting of commercial real estate projects. Brian also managed his own team of ten loan officers and was in charge of recruitment.
Brian received a BA in Economics from the University of Iowa and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Illinois.
Brian is an active member in organizations including AIRE (Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers), TCN Worldwide, National Association of Realtors, and NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association ).
